Is LinkMyLife account a legal service?

No. You should work with an attorney, financial planner, or other professional to help prepare a will, trust, and other important legal documents

Yes. You can upload a copy of your will, trust, financial statements, life insurance policies, power of attorney, or any other documents you wish. Your documents are kept safe and private. Only you and those you give access to will be able to view your documents.

You will receive an email notification as the end of the 15-day trial nears. You may subscribe to a paid membership any time during the free trial. If you have not subscribed by the end of your free trial, you will be unable to access your information until you subscribe. All free trial accounts that do not subscribe within 60 days, will automatically be deleted.

A Trustee is someone who you trust to give access to your account, whether it is to one or more modules, or grant them access to your full account. There are two types of Trustees;
MODULE TRUSTEE: Grants that person/s access to one or more modules, for which you can set permissions to either view only or edit.
A LIFE TRUSTEE: Grants one person access to your whole account. They will be able to either view only or edit entries in your account, depending on what access you grant them

We will hold your information for 30 Days, after which time your account and all information will be permanently deleted.

Yes, you have full control of the information, and documents you upload and download.
